Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older to create an account or book. When you book for someone else, they must be 18 or older too, and you agree to share these terms with them.

• There is no password. You sign in with a one-time code texted to your mobile number. Therapists sign in the same way, with a code sent to the contact details on file.
• Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about your booking. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time. Clients: Account, then Delete my account. Therapists: Profile, then Delete my account. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

• A booking starts as a request. You choose a time window and your therapist picks a start time inside it. We serve Ohio only.
• We offer your request to qualified therapists. It is not confirmed until a therapist accepts and you pay.
• Once a therapist accepts, we send you a payment link. Pay by the time shown to keep your therapist; after that the time is released.
• Your booking is confirmed when payment is complete. If no therapist accepts, nothing is charged.
• Prices are shown before you submit. Tips are optional and set by you.

You pay for your massage in the app, and card payments are handled by our payment processor. The massage itself happens in person. We never see or store your full card number.

• Cancel 2 hours or more before your start time for a full refund. Inside 2 hours, the payment is forfeited. To cancel, call 614-568-7979 or email Info@justrelaxprofessionals.com.
• If your therapist arrives and cannot reach you within 20 minutes of your start time, the appointment counts as a no-show and the payment is not refundable.
• If your therapist cancels late, you receive an account credit and we look for a replacement right away. Your payment stays on file while we do. If we cannot find one, we refund it in full.
• Completed massage services are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or approved by JRPro following exceptional review.

Therapists who cancel inside 2 hours of the start pay a fee of $50, deducted from their payout.

Your therapist works alone in your space, so these rules protect them and you.

• Your therapist may decline or end a session on arrival if it cannot safely go ahead because of illness or exposure, hygiene, impaired consent, inappropriate conduct or an unsafe space. When JRPro confirms this, the booking is cancelled, the full price is charged with no refund, credit or free rebooking, and your therapist is paid in full.
• Before you book again after such a cancellation, you will be asked to review and agree to these terms. Serious misconduct means JRPro decides when you may book again.
• If you are ill, our normal cancellation policy applies: tell us as early as you can. Inside the cancellation window the standard late-cancellation terms decide what you get back. Questions or disputes: call 614-568-7979.

Therapists are independent licensed professionals, not JRPro employees. JRPro reviews each therapist’s license and insurance and activates them by hand before they can take bookings. Therapists choose which requests to accept.

When you book, you agree to the following for yourself and anyone you book for.

• Massage through JRPro is professional, therapeutic and non-sexual. Any request for sexual contact, or any harassment, ends the session.
• You will tell us truthfully about health conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, allergies and medications that could matter. If you are unsure whether massage is right for you, you will ask your doctor first.
• Massage is not medical treatment. Your therapist does not diagnose or treat illness, and a massage does not replace care from your doctor.
• Your therapist may decline or end a session if it is not safe or if there is inappropriate conduct. When a session ends for inappropriate conduct, there is no refund.
• You will provide a safe, clean space with room for the table, and keep pets secured for the whole visit.
• Tell your therapist right away if anything is uncomfortable, including pressure, so they can adjust.
• You understand that massage carries ordinary risks, such as soreness, bruising or a reaction to oils, and you accept them.

Please give accurate details, treat therapists and staff with respect, and do not misuse the app or try to get around payments. We may refuse or cancel a booking, or close an account, when these terms are broken or someone’s safety is at risk.

We work to keep the app accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will never have errors or downtime. To the extent the law allows, JRPro is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total responsibility for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
